EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, or as otherwise stated in the item's return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including any packaging such as hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes.

Please note: We do not provide refunds for products, but they can be exchanged, subject to availability and condition of the returned item.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

We do not allow exchanges for custom-made or made-to-order items. If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an alteration service at no charge (subject to terms and conditions). However, shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at contactus@faizanhafeez.com for further assistance.

ALTERATIONS

All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 days, which may be extended depending on the extent of the alteration. We will confirm the possibility of alteration within 4 days after receiving the request. Shipping and custom duty charges for alterations or exchanges will be borne by the customer.
